THE RUF RESTO BAR OF FERRA HOTEL BORACAY
Boracay Island is known for its vibrant nightlife. There are a lot of activities to choose from
while enjoying the sea breeze and the coldness of the night. But not all visitors would prefer dining by
the beach.
There is one stand-out roof deck bar in the island of Boracay
which is gaining popularity among both locals and touristS. Why? It
is relatively isolated from the beachfront but ambiance is perfect for
relaxation – just in line with most visitors’ reason for being in the island - to
relax and simply enjoy the moment.
This one-of-a-kind roof deck bar is the in-house restaurant of
the Ferra Hotel – the Ruf Resto Bar. And
it never runs out of surprises – from the excellent hospitality service to the
menu selections it have.
The total opposite of the crowded White Beach restaurants and
bars of Boracay, the Ruf Resto Bar is calm and peaceful. The usual tables and chairs neatly arranged
with couches on the side and LCD TVs aligned on the walls makes up a perfect
night for just a chill vibe.
The resto bar is open to all and not only for in-house guests of
the hotel. It is only open at night
which makes it the best place to go for a chill night of drinks and sumptuous
food.
This Asian-themed restaurant has the best versions of a variety
of cuisine. A standout from the
selection for me are: the binakol, baby
back ribs and the satay sampler. Other
offerings are equally delectable nonetheless.

The desserts selection are offerings that can be proudly marked
as The Ferra Hotel trademarks. They have
the best version of the Banana Langka Spring Roll or simply turon and the banana loaf that comes
with a banana as toppings. The latter
can likewise be ordered as a gift or simply as a souvenir of the hotel.

The Ruf Resto Bar is simply one of the restaurants in the island
of Boracay that should not be missed for a gastronomic delight. Every visit has no formula, as it is
personalized and menu keeps on changing – for the better.
