H SOVEREIGN BALI: CONTEMPORARY BALINESE ELEGANCE
The early morning flight to another major
city of Indonesia was the main consideration for searching a hotel near the
Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar).
Fortunately, we got more than what we need. The newest hotel in Tiban area is not only
about accessibility to the airport but comfort and elegance combined that goes
by the name of H Sovereign Bali Hotel.
The hotel is indeed strategically located for
both business and leisure.
DELUXE
ROOM
A comfortably-appointed Deluxe room complete with
all the essential modern amenities to ensure a quality stay in the island of

Room layout is spacious and interior design
comes with light colors and mood enhancing lightings and fixtures that’s indeed
refreshing. Being assigned alone in the
room, it made me realize this is one of the moments that I get to pamper myself
and enjoy the comforts of being solo, though it could have been more fun if I
share the room with someone else.
The twin bed comes with 42” IP LED TV,
satellite TV channel, air conditioning, body heat power sensor, free Wi-fi
access, safety deposit box, hair dryer, coffee and tea maker, minibar,
wardrobe, IP PABX telephone. The
outstanding feature of the room’s layout is the en-suite bathroom with a glass
enclosed shower recess and smart vanity.
We had a late check-in and early check-out to
catch our flight the following day. It
was indeed a short stay. Despite the
short stay, it was truly one of quality - comforting and relaxing - that it
would have been best had we stayed longer and roam around the vicinity to
experience more of its facilities.
KITCHEN
MELIWIS
We arrived at the hotel at almost 10 in the
evening. It was quite late actually. The all-day operations of one of the in-house
restaurants of the hotel was a relief that we would be able to feed ourselves
after the tiresome activity for the day.
There’s a themed-night buffet at Kitchen
Meliwis but since we were already late, we had no choice but to go for the a la
carte. But the a la carte dish offerings
were a good one. Our last dinner in Bali
was a combination of traditional and Asian cuisine.
We were always on a feast during dinner and
the treat at H Sovereign Bali was a good send off.
Since our flight was early in the morning,
complimentary breakfast was packed and hotel attendants were indeed attentive
to details of flight itineraries that they prepared the meal for us ahead of
the scheduled opening hours.
SERVICE
The service was over-all efficient. From checking in to airport transfer, we were
treated like VIPs, in the true sense of such acronym.
Even for dinner, though we arrived late, the
kitchen was made open on its last minute to be able to serve us. The hotel staff and management has indeed
pampered us and treated guests like they were at home.
The hospitality they have served was indeed exemplary
that when given the chance to go back to Bali, I would love to stay at H
Sovereign Bali once more.
The short quality stay is even more enhanced
by the impeccable service they extend.
