A CELEBRATION OF SINGAPORE’S NEW DESTINATION BRAND: PASSION MADE POSSIBLE
In
celebration of Singapore Tourism Board (STB) launch of Singapore’s new
destination brand Passion Made Possible, a
Singapore Travel Showcase will be held at the SM Megamall Fashion Hall from September 15 to 17, 2017.
Travel
enthusiasts keen to pursue their passion for Singapore’s incredible flavors,
awe-inspiring attractions and hottest shopping hubs must not miss the event’s
exclusive bargains and travel deals.
Participating partners including Singapore Airlines, Philippine
Airlines, Cebu Pacific and Jetstar offer irresistible travel deals to
Singapore. An array of travel agencies will
also have exciting tour packages that wanderers must not miss!
Launched last
month in Singapore, Passion Made Possible
not only reflects the unique spirit of Singapore, but also tells the story of
its people. This new brand is a bold move to put forth the city-state’s unique
attitude and mindset: a passionate, never-settling spirit of determination and
enterprise that constantly pursues possibilities and reinvention.
A taste of Singapore’s best
The upcoming
Travel Showcase will highlight the wonderful possibilities that Singapore has
to offer for Filipinos to discover and live up their different passions and
interests. It will cater to the cravings of foodies, explorers, and shoppers
through uniquely-designed “passion zones.”
Food-lovers will get an authentic gastronomic experience by taking a trip down the hawker center-inspired Singapore Food Trail at the Foodie Zone where they can get a taste of the country’s distinct flavors.
At the
Explorer Zone, visitors can satisfy their wanderlust with a miniature version
of the Gardens by the Bay supertrees and Singapore Botanical Garden. Kids can
enjoy in its maze to look for hidden Merlions, and be able to take home prizes.
For those
with a passion for fashion, capturing the true Singaporean style is made easy
at the Collector Zone where an Orchard Road-inspired retail shop will feature
local brands such as Benjamin Barker and Naiise.
Fun games
with exciting prizes await visitors in the Foodie and Collector zones. Those
who are up for a thrill can put on a blindfold and guess several Singaporean
dishes and spices in the What’s in My
Mouth challenge. Others can dress-up and post pictures of unique outfits
using clothes and fashion items in the Create Your #OOTD challenge.
Aside from
the Philippines, the new brand Passion Made Possible was introduced to over 15
markets worldwide, including China, India, Indonesia, Australia, United Kingdom, and United States,
through a series of consumer
launches, trade events, industry partnerships, and global marketing campaigns.
