This year’s distinguished group of judges included Economist and University of Asia and the Pacific Professor Dr. Bernie Villegas, former American Chamber of Commerce President Don Felbaum, Korean Chamber of the Philippines President Edward Chang, world-renowned architect Jun Palafox, San Miguel Foods Vice-President for International Operations Oscar Sanez, and former Canadian Chamer of Commerce of the Philippines President Richard Mills.  More than 1,000 key local and expat business leaders were in attendance at the gala held at the new Marriott Grand Ballroom.
