A NEVER ENDING SEARCH FOR TRUE LOVE...KAOS
Love that transcends time is the theme of this grand musical production showcasing the best talents from several countries, including our very own. This masterpiece is staged at the Newport Performing Arts Theatre Resorts World Manila in front of NAIA 3 Terminal, being the first fusion in the Philippines of Broadway and Vegas.
The story revolves around a prince (portrayed by stage actor Gian Magdangal) from the medieval times who searched into a magical mirror and fell in love with a maiden (Martha Joy) from the future, overcoming all obstacles and schemes of an interfering adviser (Joel Trinidad). It also features two tigers, Betty, the yellow tiger and Sito, the white tiger, the latter portraying the role as Kaos. Both under the training of master illusionist and good wizard, Enrique Polo. Live music is performed by the Manila Symphony Orchestra as well. Take note that taking of pictures is strictly prohibited while the show is going on.
Aside from the musical show, breathtaking stunts and acrobatic shows were also displayed, which makes the show more exciting and unpredictable. My personal favorite were the cyclists from Spain. which is literally heart-pounding. They were performing their stunts inside a globe-like structure or the cycle of life as they call it and they definitely defied gravity. I thought the capacity inside the said structure was only 3 motorcyclists, but it exceeded my expectations. Expect remarkable performances from:

- Hip Hop dance champions Philippine All Stars - 2008 World Hiphop Dance Champion
New Port Performing Arts Theatre This is the venue for the said multi-million grand production, with a 1,500 seat capacity, equipped with state of the art technology lighting and sound system. The largest Euro Led wall ever built in the Philippines is also a site to behold in the theater, serving as backdrop for 3D scenes.

The show will run for six months, which started last 1 December 2010. Schedule of performance are: Wednesdays (8PM), Thursdays (8PM), Fridays (9PM), Saturdays (3PM and 9PM) and Sundays (3PM).
